This Privacy Policy explains how the ProdKPC Growth Engine ("the app"), operated by Kingpin's Collective ("we", "us"), accesses, uses, and stores data. The app is a private, single-operator analytics tool used only by its owner to manage the owner's own YouTube, Instagram, and BeatStars accounts.

The app does not access any account other than the owner's, and does not collect data about any other person.
Data is used solely to display the owner's own performance metrics and generate insights that help the owner decide what content to create and publish. Data is not used for advertising, profiling of other people, or any purpose beyond the owner's own analytics.
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, the owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's own privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share any accessed data with third parties. Data stays within the owner's own tooling.
Stored metrics are retained only as long as useful to the owner and can be deleted at any time by the owner. Access can be revoked at any time via the owner's Google Account permissions and Meta account settings. To request deletion of any stored data, contact us at the email below.
